PAYMENT

Worried about using your credit card online? I offer online payments through PayPal and do not directly accept credit cards. I am leaving that to the professionals at PayPal.  If you are not a PayPal member, upon check out you will be forwarded to their web site where you can familiarize yourself with their policies. Or, you will also have the option of mailing a check or money order after you submit your order.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
When you CHECK OUT, you will be prompted to select the shipping method for your order.  Approximate, shipping and handling charges are as follows:

  • First Class Mail - $2.50
  • Priority Mail - $5.50
  • Express (Overnight) Mail - $15.00
  • International - $5.50
  • Posters - $6.00

GUARANTEE

I won't sell you anything that I wouldn't tie to my own line.  My clientele have had good success with my flies. If you are not happy with the quality, I will give you a refund or try to make you happy by correcting the problem. I tie a very tight fly using quality materials and chemically sharpened hooks.   If you are not 100% happy with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange.

 PRIVACY
I am committed to protecting your privacy. Any information collected about you is used only to process orders and is stored in a cookie on your machine until you submit your order. When you order, I need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address and method of payment.  This allows me to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.  I will not sell, trade, rent, or disclose your personal information to others.

I have a check box at Check Out that you can click to receive any special promotions. If you check it and at a later time you would rather not receive information from me, just reply to the message with "REMOVE" in the subject line or send an email at: jim@jimsflies.com stating who you are and that you do not want to receive any information from me.  While I'm on this topic, I am flattered when you add me to your email list, but please don't forward every humorous email and chain letter to me...my email inbox is busy enough without sorting the important mail from the less important.  Read:  "I won't spam your email so please don't spam mine."

"COOKIES"
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. The cookie is necessary to store your order until you check out.   You will need to be using a browser that supports Cookies. You will also have to make sure your Cookie support is enabled.  Refreshing your browser will empty your cart and you will need to refill your cart.
